Anailde Sousa dos Santos, 36, was shot three times in the head while in a shopping center.

A suspect in the crime was arrested in the nearby town of Trizidela do Vale. He had narcotics on him.

Police believe that Anailde's involvement with a member of a criminal organization, who was also murdered, may be related to her homicide.
