A man was repeatedly trampled by a bull weighing almost 300 kilos when he tried to mount it during a bullfight organized in Nacajuca, Tabasco, as part of the patron saint festivities in honor of Santiago Apóstol.

The events occurred last weekend at the 'El Regalo' ranch, where the bullfight was taking place.

In the videos circulating on social media, it can be seen that the man is unable to stay on the bull because, during one of the attacks, the subject hits his head against the animal's back and ends up falling to the ground where he is trampled several times on the chest and face.

Fortunately, and despite the multiple blows he received, the subject survived.

It should be noted that, according to witnesses, the bull nicknamed 'The Tsunami' had already been ridden before by another person and although it was also knocked down, it did not suffer any major injuries.
