This event was recorded on the afternoon of last Thursday, August 10, around 1:44 in the afternoon, near the Bolivar passage, next to the central market of Chao, where a man identified as Juan Carlos Benites Guaranda (43), was attacked with bullets by a subject who approached from behind his victim, shooting him directly in the head.

According to police sources, they revealed that the man killed was allegedly in criminal acts, who would have dedicated himself to the micro-commercialization of narcotics, was the target of a reckoning.
