According to preliminary information from the department, the incident occurred in the courtyard of a building on Kuryzhova Street. Men aged 23 to 26 poured cold water from a hose on passersby, thereby provoking discontent among the employees of the management company (MC), who reprimanded them.

After this, a conflict began between the men and the management company employees, which escalated into a fight. During the scuffle, one of the troublemakers began to pour water from a hose on the management company employees.

The law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene detained the offenders. A criminal case was opened against the men who threw water on passersby and started a fight under the article on hooliganism. They were given house arrest as a preventive measure.
