Video from a Rapid bus shows a rider stab another man in the head on Monday, May 11. The victims injuries are not life-threatening, and the suspect was arrested.

Pascal Rurangmirwa has no explanation why someone he doesn't know would stab him as they both rode a Rapid bus.
