Northern Chile, specifically Nororiente Highway near Pudahuel. First there was a car accident which the car spun out of control. Next, a group of bikers speeding on the highway could not brake in time. As a result, several crashed into cars. As you can see in the video, one of them crashed too hard, and started bleeding out, leading to his death at the hospital. 7 other people were injured with nonlifethreatening injuries.
