Three people died in a road accident on the M-5 highway in the Samara region on September 20.

On September 20, a fatal multi-vehicle accident occurred on the M-5 highway in the Sergievsky district. According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Samara Region, four vehicles collided at 1:55 p.m. at kilometer 1084.1.

"It is known that three people died," the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs press service commented.

Three more people were injured in the accident. Two were treated at the scene, and one was taken to the hospital. Emergency rescue operations were carried out by members of Search and Rescue Team No. 40.
