There were also clinic employees in the office at the time.Eyewitnesses said that the man was denied admission and sterilization of his cat, citing his insane state - he behaved aggressively, used foul language and provoked a conflict with the staff. Also, according to eyewitnesses, the spray from the can caused pulmonary edema in one of the dogs. The animal died. In addition, the administrator and the doctor received burns to the cornea of the eye and facial skin. The clinic staff contacted the police.The police identified the attacker. He was a 41-year-old local resident. The man was detained on one of the streets of Tuapse. He was brought to administrative responsibility for appearing in a public place in a state of intoxication."The injured were given medical assistance. Their lives and health are not in danger. An investigation is currently underway, and a forensic medical examination has been ordered. Based on the results, a legal assessment of the attacker's actions will be given," the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Krasnodar Krai reported.
