At around 3 am this Sunday (01), a celebration in the city of União, North of Piauí, ended with the death of a man, identified as Francisco de Assis de Sousa Silva, "Naldo", just 26 years old. The victim attacked the suspect, who defended himself and struck several stab wounds.

During the event, Francisco asked the suspect, Antônio Francisco dos Santos Costas, for a drink, which was refused. Outraged, the victim pulled out a knife and attacked Antônio, who fell to the ground. In return, Antônio managed to take the weapon and fight back.
