Jose Manuel Otero-Fontanez, 48, has been arrested and charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of his wife, with additional charges pending. The couple's two children – who notified authorities of the incident through 911 calls – escaped the home unharmed, and no officers were harmed by gunfire from Otero-Fontanez during the incident.
