man reported missing found dead in Tarapoto.

His family searched for him for three days and it was his cousins who found the body in some bushes in the La Planicie sector in Morales.

The anguish of the relatives of Richard López Cueva, 40, had a tragic outcome. The young man, reported missing last Friday, was found dead yesterday morning in the upper part of the La Planicie sector in the district of Morales and the cause of his death is unknown.

The gruesome scene was discovered by the victim's cousins, who after an intense search found him in an advanced state of decomposition. Agents from the Morales Police Station and security guards went to the scene, who cordoned off the area to preserve the evidence and allow the experts to work.

The identity of the body was confirmed by López Cueva's brother, who fully recognized it after observing it carefully, since the condition in which it was found made it difficult to recognize. In light of this discovery, the prosecutor on duty, José Santos Gomero, ordered the removal of the body and the start of investigations.

One of the peculiarities of the case is that the victim's motorcycle was found near the scene of the discovery, in perfect condition, which has raised questions about the circumstances of how he arrived at the scene to find his death.

López Cueva's relatives are demanding that the authorities conduct a thorough investigation to clarify the events and determine the causes of death. The body was taken to the Morales morgue for the required autopsy and will be laid to rest at his home, located on block 10 of Jirón Bolognesi in Tarapoto
