A white man shoots at a Black jogger for no apparent reason and calls him a racial slur.

According to police, Jonathan Felkel just saw a Black man running in the neighborhood and said, “I’m going to shoot him simply because he’s Black.”

After he fired the shot, Felkel told the man, “Keep running boy.”

His bond is set at $1 million.
