Portugal, 2013. A 25 yr old male fitness instructor was found hanged to death in the bedroom of his apartment, in the standing up position. Using bungee cord as a hanging noose. Cause of death was ruled accidental, during strangulation fetish pursuit. Blood pooling in the area of his hands and the dark swelling of his pushed out tongue can already be well seen.

A wide variety of “sex slave” and “toys” accessories were found in his room, of both gay male and female use variety. Suggesting that instead of being of exclusively gay male orientation, he might have had a female(s) sexual partner(s) who were coming over to his place and therefore he was bisexual.

He was most likely just "warming up", before proceeding further to adding the use of "toys" and masturbation while hanging himself. But had passed out and got hanged to death before he could do that. His pushed out tongue also indicates that after passing out it was a very slow strangulation death.
