Approaching one of the houses, his shepherd dog began to bark loudly, thus reacting to other people’s dogs that were outside the property’s fence. The owner of the house, who worked in that moment in the garden, and he made a remark to a passer-by, asking him to keep his pet on a leash. On this basis, a verbal conflict began between the men, during which the 52-year-old victim went outside, holding a rake in his hands, which he was working on the site.

This angered the attacker and he delivered several blows to his opponent's head, causing him to fall to the ground. Then the suspect inflicted at least 11 blows with fists of both hands, as well as a kick to the victim's face area
