: "At 1am on Veterans Day, some guy decided to start ramming his car into every car he saw parked on the street. He almost hit me, then looked me in the eyes as he totaled my car and nearly crashed into my Oakland (California) house. My car was the last of about 7 or 8 cars he hit. Got the busy signal the first few times I tried calling 911. It was a shitty night and we’re still trying to process the whole thing."
