At about 4:00PM on April 7, 2021, a small car with a Shanghai-C brand was driving along the Chenlu Highway in Chongming District from north to south to Caogang Highway and hit a black Shanghai-L brand car driving from east to west. The small car, due to the speed of the car, hit the Shanghai L brand car which was overturned instantly. The car rolled over and hit the roadside telephone pole, and the two people in the back row, Yin Moumou and Gao Moumou, flew out of the car without wearing seat belts. They were injured.
