Privileged race struggling for $1000:

The Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society is seeking assistance after their Edmonton shelter was robbed.

Two women in the reception area stole a safe containing over $1,000 in donations meant for animals in urgent need. They also reportedly took the payment machine and a credit card.

The shelter has released video footage and is hoping the public can help identify the suspects involved in the robbery.
