A driver fled without providing assistance to the victim after colliding with a motorcycle in Pirituba, in the North Zone of São Paulo, last Sunday (16). The case is investigated by the 33rd DP (Pirituba).

CNN had access this Friday (21) to the Police Report of the case, which reports that military police were called to attend an incident at the scene of the accident, and when they arrived on the street, the driver of the car had already fled .

Some objects were found inside the car, such as the driver's identity card and a cell phone, which had fallen.

According to the Secretary of Public Security, in a note sent to CNN , the driver of the vehicle appeared at the 33rd DP to give a statement on Thursday (20).

In the images from the security cameras, it is possible to see the moment when the driver of the car collides head-on with the motorcycle, driven by Emerson Severino. At that moment, he is thrown and falls to the ground.

The motorcyclist was taken to the Emergency Room in Vila Penteado, but did not survive, passing away at the General Hospital of Pedreira on the night of last Wednesday (19)

He was buried at Dom Bosco Cemetery, in Perus, in the early afternoon of this Friday
