Surveillance footage at an intersection in Liupanshui, China’s Guizhou province, showed a car accident on the evening of September 26. A car knocked down a cyclist in the street as the driver attempted to avoid another oncoming car that was making a U-turn. The incident resulted in the cyclist suffering from a fractured femur. The car’s driver has been confirmed by police to take full responsibility for the accident since he didn’t reduce speed while driving through the crossroad.
