CCTV captures the scene of a man walking down a narrow street on one side and a father limping with two runts on the other side of the street.

Cars in-between them and a few words are passed. The father pulls a machine gun from under his skirt and kills the other man . The runts run away then go back to their father and they all happily skipped off back in the direction they came.
