Volunteer and municipal firefighters responded to the emergency. Upon arrival, they worked to extinguish the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby homes.

In addition, rescuers reported that they transported a man with burns to a medical center. However, he died upon arrival due to the severity of his injuries.

Preliminary reports indicate that the deceased was of Korean nationality and had decided to set fire to his house after refusing to sell it during a family argument.
