After an argument, a person and his alleged partner caught fire after the former sprayed them with a flammable liquid.

A pair of apparent street vendors were arguing and at one point one of them sprayed a flammable liquid - believed to be cane - on the other and himself, then lit a fire with a lighter, according to a closed-circuit television (CCTV) video. The man who was sprayed with the liquid burst into flames and ran away. As he ran, he took off clothes to put out the fire. The hair of the person who started the fire also caught fire, as he had poured the flammable liquid over his head. He managed to put them out, as can be seen in the images.

Apparently, the injuries suffered by both were not serious and were only superficial burns.
