A driver lost control of the vehicle when reversing and crushed a 71-year-old woman who was driving on a sidewalk in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Floresta . The tragedy occurred yesterday at noon on 3300 Bogotá Street, according to a police report accessed by LA NACION .

“The driver of the Volkswagen Bora would have suffered a seizure due to diabetes while performing a reverse parking maneuver. There he lost control and crushed the woman against the entrance of a store.The victim suffered serious injuries to his right leg and was taken to the Álvarez Hospital, where he died,” the report states.
