Yesterday my family and I were victims of express kidnapping, for stealing the vehicle of a co-worker who lives in my house. The violence with which they acted has no name. They had us handcuffed for 3 hours from the Calderón sector to the Oriente Quiteño, where they threw me, my mother and a co-worker in a ravine. They tried to sexually assault me and the physical attacks never stopped towards the three of us. They thought we had money and jewelry and when they couldn't find it they hit us with a revolver. We are another more statistics on violence in Ecuador".
