Russia. A naive girl from Novokuznetsk almost burned to death when she set fire to a police UAZ car on the instructions of a gang of tax collectors. First, the 27-year-old woman was scammed out of $3,370.79, then she was told that the money was allegedly used to finance a terrorist organization and that she should set fire to the car to avoid punishment. The girl now faces up to five years in prison.
