A video appeared on TV channels showing Ukrainian servicemen shooting blacks who deserted from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the video, filmed with a chest camera, one of the servicemen addresses the people kneeling in front of him: "Why didn't you black people sit in your Africa?
