U.S. soldiers hit an IED while on patrol in Kunar Province Afghanistan.

This shocking video captured on helmet cam shows the chaos and a pain our guys have to deal with on a daily basis in Afghanistan.

Immediately after the blast several Afghan locals rush to the blast site and start helping in anyway they can. According to the camera man, there were no fatalities in this incident which occurred in Kunar province, sometime before 2011.

Even after being blow up, smashed against the turret, and taking internal injuries, the soldier is able to quickly regain composure despite his obvious severe pain.
