Augusto Corrêa •Traffic accident on BR 308, leaves 7 victims, and one died•

Early this Sunday evening (23), a very serious accident was recorded on the BR 308, with seven victims, one of them a child, in the municipality of Augusto Corrêa, in the northeast of Pará.

According to information, four people were on a motorcycle and three others were on another motorcycle, when one of the two motorcycles overtook and crashed into the other motorcycle that fell on the track, one of the victims died at the scene of the accident, and one of the victims, a child, ripped her arm off.

The teams from SAMU (192), from Bragança, and Augusto Corrêa were called to help the victims who had serious injuries on their bodies, they were rescued to the Santo Antônio Maria Zacarias hospital.

The Military and Civil Police of the Municipality were called to respond to the incident and organize traffic on the BR.

A team from the Bragança Scientific Police was called to remove the body to Castanal for necropsy examinations.

The seven victims have not yet been identified by the end of this report.
