driver of a Ford Taurus was filmed chasing down a shirtless pedestrian, plowing into waste bins, and driving onto the sidewalk in a wild road rage incident in Midtown Manhattan

Unfortunately, it is not yet clear what caused this frightening incident to kick off. Instagram videos of the altercation start with the white, third-generation Taurus perpendicular to traffic, and facing the sidewalk. The car backs up, then lurches forward, squealing its tires, and driving into some black garbage bins.
