A man was shot dead in the middle of the street in the city of Dias d'Ávila, in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador (RMS), on the morning of this Monday (15). According to information, the action would have been carried out by members of Comando Vermelho (CV).

The crime shocked locals and attracted onlookers to the scene. In images sent to Alô Juca, it is possible to see the victim lying on the ground with a lot of blood scattered around. The young man reportedly received several gunshot wounds inflicted by members of the gang, mainly to the head.

So far, there is no information about the man's identity or about the perpetrator and motive of the crime. The case will be investigated by the Civil Police. A team from the Department of Technical Police (DPT) was called to remove the body.
