A man died after being shot by police officers during an approach in the eastern zone of São Paulo . The incident occurred when the suspect grabbed one of the officers' weapons.The man, Alisson da Silva, was 30 years old and worked at a recycling warehouse in the area. According to witnesses, he resisted arrest and took a police officer's weapon, leading to two shots: one in the legs and another in the chest. He was taken to the hospital but did not survive his injuries.Alisson was known in the neighborhood as a dedicated worker and lived in the warehouse with the support of Rebeca Cristina and her husband, who had given him a job five years ago. The woman believes he may have relapsed into drug use that day.Before the incident, Alisson went out to exchange money, but took a long time to return. He was found a kilometer from the scene with abrasions and his bicycle broken, after allegedly being run over by a doctor, who promised to fix it.The incident occurred when Alisson was near a bicycle shop, discussing repairs. The action was recorded by security cameras and is under investigation by the Homicide Department.
