The Broken Arrow Police Department (BAPD) released bodycam footage of officers arresting a man for domestic assault and kidnapping.

According to BAPD,Rafael Martin Sangines allegedly beat a woman with an AR-15, holding her in his apartment against her will, and threatening to kill her.

The victim was able to escape and get help, however she suffered a broken arm and damage to both knees.

Additionally, the victim stated thatSangines made threats to "shoot anyone in his way" when trying to find the victim.

Officers followedSangines in his vehicle and pulled him over to initiate the arrest.

Sangines had a loaded AR-15 and pistol in his vehicle at the time of his arrest.
