A young girl who ordered a hamburger in a shopping mall in Esenyurt, Istanbul, said that the meatballs were not cooked and wanted to change them. When the restaurant staff rejected his request for change, a verbal argument broke out between him and the customer.

As the argument escalated, the people around the woman attacked the restaurant employee and beat her.
