This was an incident from October 2016. A drunk Bulgarian man pushed a woman down the stairs in a subway station in Berlin, Germany. She landed head first, breaking her arm and being hospitalized. Months later, the man said that he could not remember the incident but admitted it was him in the footage. Consequently, he was handed 2 years and 11 months in prison for the grieving bodily harm. Further, the man had jobs in a restaurant and on a building site. In his home country, he had a criminal record involving robbery, theft, hooliganism.
