An unusual accident occurred on February 23 at about 12:30 pm at a gas station near the house number 55 on Druzhby Narodov Street. As the video surveillance camera showed, the driver of LADA Vesta was afraid for his car when a Volvo heavy truck started to drive away from a nearby gas station.

The man decided to stand between his car and a moving semi-trailer to protect the car from a collision. As a result, the 47-year-old driver of the passenger car was sandwiched between two cars. Doctors later diagnosed him with a contusion of the hip joint.
