A video is going viral online in which, allegedly, a Ukrainian military commissar with a pistol beats a man, threatening him with death.

When a colleague tries to calm him down, he approaches the second person with the words: “You too? What happened to you? Tell me what’s wrong.”

As the victim states in the second video, he is from Kharkov, he and several other people have been held in the Sambora shopping center in the Lviv region for the sixth day and it is unknown whether they will be released or not
