In a video they captured a brutal attack where several merchants severely beat a man outside of Bellas Artes, in Mexico City.

After the event, the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC-CDMX) is searching for those responsible.

The incident was recorded on February 11, around Alameda Central, in front of the Bellas Artes building.

Apparently it was a dispute between street vendors and beggars on the corner of Juárez Avenue and Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas, in the Centro neighborhood.

Despite the constant presence of the police in the area, the fight developed before their intervention.

The SSC-CDMX reported that, according to testimonies, the attacked man was taken to a hospital by his own means.

The police presence has been intensified in the area, and video surveillance cameras and viral videos are being analyzed to identify those involved and the affected person.
