Maria Uriostegui says it's a "miracle" she survived being run over in a restaurant parking lot by four people trying to skip out on paying their bill.

The waitress and mother of two said she went into the parking lot to try to get their license plate. Uriostegui saw the car driving toward her and suddenly realized they were not going to stop. She tried to jump out of the way but says it was too late.
