The lifeless body of a man, whose identification has not been revealed, was found on Saturday morning in a preschool in the central area of ​​Puerto Cabello.

The discovery occurred when the director of the Doroteo Centeno school was alerted by neighbors in the area about a bad smell coming from the premises. When she arrived at the scene, things were in disarray. After further inspection, she found the body in an advanced state of decomposition, so she notified officials from the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), Puerto Cabello municipal delegation, who arrived at the scene to begin the initial investigations.

The subject took advantage of the December holidays to enter the school to steal from the place. Initial investigations indicate that when he left he used a chair and allegedly slipped, which caused him to fall on the glass of a window that he broke to enter, and he bled to death.

The subject spent several days at the school on vacation, until the day he was found.
