A man doing a documentary on the city of Miami stops an odd looking pedestrian about the current financial conditions plaguing Miami. Right in mid interview, the pedestrian halts the interview, goes to the curb and takes a dump! I don't know what to say--no shame, filthy, uneducated would be a few things for starters.
