A man, whose identity was not released by the police, died inside a nightclub in Ibatiba on Friday night (12).

In the images, it is possible to see the victim on the last step of the stairs leading to the place. Soon after a woman approached, the man fell down the stairs, apparently with his body rigid. Other women ran to see what was happening, while the woman who was with him made the sign of the cross and left "crossing herself".

Military police were called to respond to the incident. When the team arrived at the scene, SAMU was already responding to the incident and confirmed the victim's death. The owner of an establishment reported that the individual had arrived early and when he returned, he fell down the stairs. Another woman stated that the victim did not drink alcohol. Forensics were called.

The Civil Police (PC) reported that the case was registered as a corpse found. The body was sent to the Legal Medical Service (SML) of Venda Nova do Imigrante, for an autopsy and, later, released to the family.

The case was forwarded to the Ibatiba Police Station (DP), which is awaiting the results of the tests, to determine whether an investigation will be opened, if a violent death is confirmed.
