An undercover military police, identified only as Renata, He was surprised by a criminal on Saturday afternoon (7/05), in Jerônimo Monteiro Street, New Town neighborhood, North Zone of Manaus.

According to preliminary information, the police officer had just left a store of military accessories when she was approached by an armed suspect who stole her belongings.

Local security cameras caught the moment a car approaches the police and soon after the suspect leaves the driver’s seat and goes towards the officer to steal it.He walked towards the victim and pulled the police belongings, who even tried to react but was left without action. Soon after the assailant enters the car, the officer draws the gun and still shoots twice, but ended up not hitting the target.

The suspect was found minutes later in the Japiim neighborhood and was arrested.
