Homeless guy found in the Tijuca neighborhood in Brazil suffering from a severe head injury. The maggots eating the dead tissue are the only thing that kept him from dying from septicemia. Cranial tissue is very vascular, so it's a wonder he didn't already bleed to death. Judging by the 1-2 inches of scar tissue around it, he has probably had this giant crater in his noggin for at least a couple of months.
