The driver of a car, who was fleeing the police, hit a truck on the afternoon of this Wednesday (5), Avenida Ulisses Guimarães, in the Sussuarana neighborhood, in Salvador. Brazil

The images show that the delivery truck continues along Avenida Ulysses Guimarães when it is hit head-on by the driver's car. The man was in the opposite direction.

Soon after, a military police car approaches the vehicle to approach the driver. The man was trapped in the wreckage, was rescued by military firefighters and taken to the State General Hospital (HGE), but his state of health was not disclosed.

The three truck occupants had minor injuries.
