A case in Singapore, involving an alleged case of infidelity, ended in tragedy and garnered international attention. Muay Thai fighter Huang Mao died after falling from a building while trying to hide from the husband of a woman with whom he was reportedly having an affair.

According to press reports, the incident occurred when the woman's husband arrived home earlier than expected. Surprised by the situation, Huang Mao allegedly tried to hide on the outside of the apartment balcony.

During his escape attempt, he lost his balance and fell from a great height. Emergency teams were called, but the man did not survive his injuries.
