LAPD Southeast Division respond to a domestic violence call, as they were approaching the residence they saw a 19 year old suspect walking out with a rifle and an OIS occurred. The 19 year old suspect is pronounced deceased. Upon further investegation LAPD had confirmed there was no Domestic Violence, and that the suspect had called 911 so that officers could show up to his residence.
