Surveillance video posted on social media on Saturday, February 24, shows people wearing military uniforms and weapons, as well as civilian clothes with an insignia reading “Bear,” forcing visitors to lie on the floor, kicking them and hitting them with batons. They shoot into the air right above the ear.

“On February 23, in the town of Chernomorskoye, drunken employees of the PMC “Bear” 81st brigade broke into the cafe “Fortress” and brutally beat civilians (women and men),” writes the Telegram channel “ChP / Simferopol” .

One of the eyewitnesses told the publication “Important Stories” that the cause of the incident was a conflict between several visitors to the cafe and two servicemen who “called for reinforcements” from the “Bears” volunteer brigade.

According to the mother of one of the victims, her son was hospitalized with a fracture of the bridge of the nose, facial bone, soft tissue injuries on the back of the head, closed head injury and bruises.
