A woman business owner of a small lingerie boutique store called Erotic followed a shoplifter onto the bus and made this video which has since gone viral.

The owner is seen calling the woman, who is trying to hide her face, a 'raggedy-ass bitch' swatting her hand away so everyone can get a good look at her.

The owner then opens the woman's bag to reveal the stolen merchandise.

The video ends with police taking the thief away.
