A man's body was engulfed in flames while lighting a bonfire last Sunday (23) in the city of Casserengue, in Curimataú, Paraíba.

The moment was recorded by security cameras on the street and the images that Notícia Paraíba had access to show when he throws ethanol into the fire and the flames quickly spread throughout his body.

José Almir, 32 years old, was taken to the Campina Grande Emergency and Trauma Hospital with burns on several parts of his body.



The unit's advisory informed Notícia Paraíba that his health condition is stable and he is not at risk of death
