A video camera captured the moment when a van ran over an elderly man on the streets of the Xonaca neighborhood , in the capital of Puebla. The elderly man was on the ground when the vehicle's wheels and body ran over his body.

The incident occurred at the corner of 28 Oriente and 20 Norte . The footage showed a man lying on the road, trying to cross from one sidewalk to another , but having difficulty moving.

A car then passes by, and when it notices the old man, it goes around him so as not to hurt him. However, seconds later, a white van appears , which turns at the intersection. And, unlike the other vehicle, this one runs over the man , running him over and leaving him lying on the spot.
